She also specializes in negotiations and sourcing investment properties. Beyond her professional commitments, Roxanna Devlin supports charitable organizations such as Nashville Children’s Theatre.

The oldest professional children’s theatre in the United States, Nashville Children’s Theatre was founded in 1931. In an effort to instill a love of theatre and creative expression, Nashville Children’s Theatre hosts numerous programs and workshops for children and families. Creative Drama Series is a class available during summer camps for children ages three to five. Instructors structure the class around activities that parents and kids can do together, such as enacting stories, picture books, and nursery rhymes.

Nashville Children’s Theatre’s Emerging Artists classes target young people ages 11 through 18 and are designed to teach a variety of skills. In the Young Artists Company children perform challenging roles that help them develop a range of acting skills, while Behind the Scenes: Technical Theatre focuses on set construction, sound production, and lighting.
